Job summary

Capital One in Alabang, Philippines seeks a Sr. Operations Representative to handle customer calls, update accounts and provide product information end-to-end. You will resolve inquiries, verify payments, and route complex issues to the right department.

• Completes required web-based training (WBT) within timelines to prevent job risks.
• Handles incoming calls to provide credit card usage information, payment verification, and other account-related support.

Sr. Operations Representative

Responsibilities:

• Account Servicing – Listens attentively to customers in order to address issues / questions responsibly; Updates account information, as requested by the customer; Transfers the customer to the appropriate department, as needed.
• Functional Knowledge – Displays expertise in product and service knowledge; Understands and adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Training – Completes and passes assessment of the required web-based training (WBT) within timelines to prevent potential job risks.
• Servicing – Handles incoming calls to provide customers credit card usage information, verification of payment, online technical support, and assist customers with other account-related concerns.

Qualifications:

• At least high school level
• Must have at least 7 months Call Center experience, Shared Services or Business Process Outsourcing background
• Fluent in English and excellent conversational skills
• Preferably with Financial or Fraud Background
