Job description
About us

Reprice helps online stores make smarter pricing decisions – automatically.

We build tools that combine technology and market data to help e-commerce businesses maintain competitive prices, increase margins, and grow profitably.

We support 100+ European e-commerce companies - typically managing thousands of products - and focus on measurable revenue and margin impact.

We’re a passionate, fast-growing team, proud of our diverse and inclusive environment as we continue to expand.

In 2024, we were accepted to StartupLab and DNB NXT Accelerator as one of 9 out of 200 applicants!

Role and Responsibilities

At Reprice, you’ll have the opportunity to work across the systems that power our platform – from our customer-facing SaaS built with Kotlin, Spring Boot, and Vue 3, to our backend services and infrastructure that collect and process product and pricing data at scale using Python and Golang.

You’ll help build new product features, develop integrations with third-party systems (e.g., Shopify/Magento/WooCommerce and ERP/PIM systems), improve performance, and create what’s needed to help us grow.

You will collaborate closely with other developers and product team members, take ownership of product areas, and have a real influence on our technical direction. We value curiosity, collaboration, and initiative – your ideas will matter here.

You’ll work independently but as part of a close, supportive team. We collaborate on complex challenges, pair up when needed, and trust each developer to find effective ways to share knowledge. You’ll also work with large pricing datasets and help ensure our logic and campaigns comply with Nordic/EU regulations.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred
  • Proficient in Java or Kotlin and familiar with Spring Boot
  • Solid understanding of PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
  • Familiarity or experience with other programming languages and AI-assisted development tools
  • We’re looking for someone who enjoys learning new technologies and improving continuously, not necessarily someone who knows everything from day one.
Personal Qualities

We believe you’ll thrive at Reprice if you:

  • Enjoy working independently, but also thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Communicate clearly and like sharing knowledge
  • Are curious about technology and take initiative for improvements
  • Are structured and self-driven – important in a remote-first setup
  • Appreciate flexibility and trust, and contribute actively to shaping how the team collaborates as we continue to grow.
What do we offer?

We work fully remotely but stay closely connected through daily team check-ins, sessions, and meetups. We also meet in person for workshops and team-building a few times a year.

Flexible working hours and environment

An environment where your individual contributions make a big difference

Opportunity to take part in an exciting growth journey – with the possibility of an equity option.

Does this sound like a place where you’d thrive?

Even if you’re not sure you meet every requirement, we’d love to hear from you!
