Volue is looking for a highly motivated Social Media Manager with a primary focus on LinkedIn to elevate our digital presence and strengthen our position as a leader in the energy technology space. In this role, you will develop and execute a LinkedIn-first strategy that drives visibility, engagement, and thought leadership across our core audiences.

This is a 6-month fixed-term role (30 hours per week) crafted for a specialist who enjoys focused, high-impact work.

What you will be doing to make a difference:
  • Build and execute a LinkedIn-focused content strategy aligned with Volue’s brand and commercial goals.
  • Grow Volue’s LinkedIn channels through high-quality content, optimised posting, and engagement best practices.
  • Plan and run social media campaigns that increase reach, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Create compelling, professional, and on‑brand content tailored specifically for LinkedIn’s B2B environment.
  • Track performance metrics, analyse results, and apply insights to continually improve content and strategy.
  • Stay informed about the latest LinkedIn updates, algorithm shifts, social media trends, and emerging digital storytelling formats.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and sales teams to support launches, events, and brand initiatives.
  • Manage and support Volue’s broader social media activity as required.
What you need to succeed:
Required Qaulifications
  • Proven experience managing and scaling LinkedIn channels for a B2B audience.
  • A track record of growing social media channels, increasing engagement, and driving measurable improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence in using social media insights to guide decisions.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills with an eye for high-quality, professional content.
  • A proactive approach, strong ownership mindset, and a desire to drive tangible impact.
Strongly Desired Experience
  • Experience in the energy sector, including renewable energy, energy markets, grid operations, or energy software.
  • Experience working within or closely with SaaS companies, particularly in B2B settings.
  • Familiarity with communicating complex or technical topics to professional audiences
