Norsk Natursenter As runs a high-quality souvenir shop in the Hardanger region, located at Øvre Eidfjord along Route 7. We seek shop assistants for the peak season (April–September) with a willingness to clarify start and end dates in the application.

You will work in a busy, international environment, providing friendly service and handling sales and cash transactions. Ideal candidates have excellent organization, strong customer service, and at least 1 year of sales experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent organization and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant sales experience, minimum 1 year.
• Good language skills (English speaking, other languages like German are big plus)

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests from all over the world and ensure a great shopping experience.
• Handle sales and the daily cash settlement, as well as processing deliveries and inventory.
• Tasks vary; no two days are the same with us!

Norwegian Nature Centreis a modern experience centre for Norwegian nature, climate and environment and the most visited human created attraction in the area. The centre is also a visiting centre for the Hardangervidda National Park. In addition to the Nature Centre, we are also running Hardangerviddahallen restaurant and a gift shop. Norwegian Nature Centre is located in Øvre Eidfjord along the Norwegian scenic route Rv7 close to Hardangerfjord, Måbødal and Vøringsfossen. Norwegian Nature Centre's main season is from the 01. April to 31. October, with daily opening hours from 10 am to 6 pm.
