About the role

As a Commissioning Technician, you ensure that all technical systems in a data center operate safely, reliably and according to regulations before handover. You work with both electrical and mechanical systems, evaluate performance, identify issues and make sure everything functions exactly as intended.

This is not a hands-on installation job.

Your work is about testing, witnessing, verifying and documenting.

Your responsibilities

• Witness and verify testing of equipment and infrastructure
• Inspect, test and diagnose issues in electrical and mechanical systems
• Evaluate final system performance, safety and reliability
• Report functional issues using our commissioning tool (CxPlanner)
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations and project standards
• Manage document control and ensure correct document packages
• Suggest improvements and contribute to internal development
• Cooperate closely with Supervisor and project teams

Who you are

You might come from electrical commercial installation, mechanical cooling/ventilation, industrial systems or similar technical fields. You may already have commissioning experience – or you want to step into it.

You’ll succeed here if you:

• Have experience with mechanical (ventilation, cooling, automation) and/or electrical experience
• Speak and write English clearly
• Are structured, organised and thorough
• Enjoy problem-solving and working systematically
• Are HSE-focused and responsible
• Can take clear decisions and stand by them
• Are comfortable giving feedback and correcting others’ work
• Are ready to travel across the Nordics and work in rotation
