EG Construction Site is seeking a Product Manager to own HSE/QA and EG ByggSøk, coordinating with PM, UX and engineering to set direction and prioritise backlog. You’ll shape strategy, ensure regulatory alignment and drive adoption and revenue with cross-functional teams in Norway.

You will collaborate with Product Marketing, sales and design to align go-to-market plans, while exploring AI-driven improvements to discovery, user experience and team efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management in a SaaS environment with a track record of delivering results.
• Commercial understanding of go-to-market, pricing and business cases.
• Fluent Norwegian, written and spoken; professional English.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset and clear communication across technical and business stakeholders.

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for EG ByggSøk and HSE/QA and shape Construction Site strategy.
• Keep EG ByggSøk compliant and up to date with service concessions and integrations.
• Develop HSE/QA to meet regulatory needs for safety, quality, and deviation handling on site.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into priorities and roadmap decisions.
• Own commercial performance, build business cases and support go-to-market planning and strategic sales dialogues.
• Turn customer pain points and market trends into solutions with user dialogue; explore AI enhancements.

About the role
EG Construction Site is our SaaS platform for contractors across Norway and Denmark. It helps them manage field operations, track quality and defects, and hand over digital documentation. As Product Manager you own two areas that matter most to our Norwegian customers: HSE and quality assurance (HSE/QA), which keeps sites safe and well documented, and EG ByggSøk, our mature, business-critical solution for digital building applications. EG ByggSøk is shaped by regulation and integrated with Fellestjenester BYGG.

You set the direction, make the prioritisation calls based on domain and commercial insight, and are accountable for the outcome. Product Owners and the development team run the day-to-day backlog and delivery, with you as their strategic counterpart. Go-to-market, sales support and AI exploration matter too. You report into the product management leadership of EG Construction and work closely with Product Owners, UX and engineering.

Your role

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for EG ByggSøk and HSE/QA, and help shape the overall Construction Site strategy together with the PM team
• Keep EG ByggSøk compliant with its service concession obligations and its two-way integration with Fellestjenester BYGG up to date, while modernising the product to defend and grow its position
• Develop HSE/QA so it meets contractors’ needs and the regulatory expectations for safety, quality assurance and deviation handling on site
• Monitor regulatory developments, such as those from DiBK, and turn them into clear priorities and roadmap decisions with Product Owners and engineering
• Own commercial performance (adoption, revenue and retention), build the business cases behind investment decisions, and bring domain insight to go-to-market planning and strategic sales dialogues with Product Marketing, Product Design, sales and marketing in Norway
• Turn customer pain points and market trends into solutions through close user dialogue, and explore how AI can strengthen discovery, user experience and team efficiency

Must-have

• 5+ years of Product Management in a SaaS environment, with a track record of delivering results
• Commercial understanding of go-to-market, pricing and business cases, and how product decisions turn into business results
• Fluent Norwegian, written and spoken, as you will work with Norwegian regulations and authorities such as DiBK. Professional English
• An analytical, data-driven mindset and clear communication across technical and business stakeholders, in an international organisation with multiple teams and priorities

Nice to have

• Experience with regulated or compliance-driven products, or integrations with public-sector systems
• Domain knowledge of the construction industry, especially HSE, quality assurance and site documentation
• Experience with, or genuine interest in, AI in products
