Job description
Overview

Are you passionate about translating business needs into smart, scalable solutions? Do you enjoy working directly with customers and being part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team?

About us

We are a Norwegian-owned company – and the only pure-play ServiceNow partner in the market. Our unique culture has been the key to our success: we genuinely believe that work should be fun in order for people to perform at their very best.

With strong growth over the past six years, we are now more than 400 ServiceNow consultants across Europe and Brazil.

About the role

As a Solution Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering ServiceNow solutions to our customers, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. You will collaborate with Business Stakeholders and developers to design and implement solutions that align with best practices and maximize the use of ServiceNow’s out-of-the-box functionality.

This is a customer-facing role, fully embedded in our Consulting Organization (PSO), and designed to grow into a Solution Architect position over time.

What you will be doing
  • Solution Design & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into well-documented functional designs (HLD, LLD, or User Stories/Epics).
  • Customer Workshops: Lead and participate in workshops and clarification meetings to gather and validate requirements.
  • ServiceNow Development: Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform (forms, workflows, business rules, UI components, etc.) to meet customer needs.
  • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with developers to scope projects, estimate efforts, and implement robust solutions.
  • Documentation: Document architecture, solution design, and key configuration elements to support long-term maintainability and scalability.
  • Training & Enablement: Conduct training sessions for key users, process owners, and stakeholders to ensure adoption and understanding of the solution.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the final implementation aligns with business objectives, best practices, and platform standards – and help correct any misalignment.
  • Presales Support (occasionally): Participate in demos and responses to RFPs when required.
What we are looking for
  • Experience working with or configuring the ServiceNow platform.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in running workshops and meetings with business stakeholders.
  • Desire to grow into a senior Architect and/or advisor role.
  • Experience in one or more ServiceNow solution areas such as ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, WSD, etc.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are a plus – or a strong ambition to obtain them.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English
What we offer
  • Competitive salary
  • Brand new, modern offices in Skøyen, Oslo – including a rooftop terrace, gym, and bike parking with locker rooms
  • Parking space available if needed
  • Subsidized canteen
  • Weekly personal training sessions during working hours
  • Excellent pension and private health insurance plans that ensure quick access to private healthcare
  • A young and inclusive work environment with a dedicated social committee
  • Great opportunities for professional development and career growth
