Sr. Partner Alliances Executive - Higher Education and Non-Profit. This role supports the Workday Global Partners Organization (GPO) to develop partnerships that accelerate innovation and growth, with a focus on the Higher Education and Non-Profit sectors.

The team is implementing a unified, global partner strategy with local flavor and cross-functional engagement in programs, systems, processes, and people. The mission is to deliver winning partner engagements aligned to time, scale, and route to market with our core values.
The Senior Partner Executive is responsible for developing the Workday pipeline across all GSI and/or Advisory Partners within the industry. The role involves collaboration with internal functions including services, marketing, pre-sales, value management, legal, and industry, as well as strong engagement with partners.
Location: USA – Workday office with ability to travel within the country (25–35% moderate travel).
The annual base salary ranges by location. Base pay ranges are disclosed during the hiring process and may be complemented by a bonus plan, commissions, and stock grants.
