Job summary

DNO is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead offshore subsea production across its Norwegian portfolio from Stavanger, reporting to the VP Production. You will ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations, shaping both daily activities and long-term strategy with strong leadership.

The role requires deep experience in offshore oil & gas operations, subsea systems, and integrity management, along with excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication.

Qualifications

• Requires master's degree in engineering or related field.
• Around 20 years in offshore oil and gas operations.
• Strong knowledge of subsea production systems and platforms.
• Experience across integrity management and production-stage operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for DNO's operated subsea production systems.
• Ensure safe, reliable and efficient production with strong leadership.
• Oversee subsea integrity management and fitness-for-service assessments.
• Drive barrier management, process safety and risk management.
• Manage interfaces with host operators and service providers.
• Support subsea intervention planning and execution.
• Provide operational expertise to development projects and non-operated assets.
• Ensure compliance with management systems and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to operational strategy and continuous improvement.
• Represent DNO in technical discussions with partners and regulators.
