The role

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer who thrives at the intersection of engineering, product, and customers.

In this role you will work directly with customers to design, implement, and scale solutions built on the Hornet retrieval engine. You will help them deploy production-grade retrieval systems, build agentic workflows, and integrate Hornet deeply into their infrastructure.

This role is hands-on engineering: writing code, building prototypes, debugging distributed systems, performance tuning, and shaping the product through experiences with real-world deployments.

You will be working directly with customers as they build agentic systems on top of Hornet. The role requires travel to support customer deployments.

• Comfortable with working directly with engineers at customer organizations
• High ownership and the ability to drive projects from idea to production
• AI-native: Experience using coding agents for rapid prototyping and system exploration
