• Performance & Stability: Build a fast and robust Search product by keeping optimizing system performance and improving service stability.
• Search Engineering Infrastructure: Guarantee reasonable Search architecture governance to ensure that the overall system operates smoothly.
• Search offline processing: Construct a high freshness multi-media index and provide a reliable offline data support for Search Engine.
• Bachelors or advanced degree in CS CE EE or similar
• Industry experience in building backend services for large-scale consumer-facing applications.
• 5+ years' experience in software development

Preferred Qualifications

• Good understanding on how modern Search system is built or/and how modern Search product should be evolved.
• Industry experience in building a consumer-facing Search product.
• Experience in building a medium-size backend technical team
