Job summary

AutoStore is seeking a Principal Security Specialist to become a security authority across our technology landscape. You will establish enterprise security standards, review architecture, and provide technical assurance across cloud, on-premises, applications, products, and manufacturing environments.

You will collaborate with Infrastructure, Applications, Product, and Engineering teams to embed security into decisions and initiatives, guiding risk-based choices and sign-off.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience, including architecture/engineering leadership.
• Strong track record defining enterprise security architecture, standards, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Review security architecture across cloud, on-premises infrastructure, networks, SaaS, applications and product environments, defining required controls and providing technical security sign-off.
• Own and develop AutoStore's enterprise security standards, baselines, and governance, including disaster recovery, ensuring requirements are clearly documented and applied across the organization.
• Define security requirements for cloud environments and software development, embedding security into architecture, development, and deployment practices.
• Define cybersecurity standards for manufacturing, laboratory, OT, and connected hardware environments, collaborating with Product and operational teams to manage risks.
• Act as a central security expert for Infrastructure, Applications, Product, and Engineering teams, providing guidance and communicating security requirements.
