StepTo is seeking an experienced Senior React Native Developer to lead the mobile platform for a health-tech product. You will work with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-performance mobile experiences that improve health benefits.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional mobile application development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with React Native and core principles.
Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Experience building and maintaining production mobile applications for iOS and Android.
Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries or services.
Familiarity with AWS and/or Firebase.
CI/CD pipelines and mobile release processes.
App Store and Google Play deployment experience.
Strong focus on performance, debugging, and optimization.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile apps using React Native.
Lead the development and delivery of new mobile features from concept to production.
Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to define solutions.
Ensure apps are fast, reliable, and maintainable.
