Senior Software Engineer - Python / Production / Product in Oslo, Norway, on-site. You will work on Python-based tools, automation frameworks, and internal infrastructure for a scalable robotics/defense platform.

Role spans building end-to-end test suites, hardware-in-the-loop setups, and broader Python/Linux projects with high ownership. Relocation assistance and equity are possible as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Proficient Python developer with applications experience.
• Comfortable in Linux-heavy environments.
• 4–10 years of professional experience; 3 years for strong HIL/test automation backgrounds.
• Eligible for Norwegian security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based tools, automation frameworks, and internal infrastructure.
• Build, run and maintain end-to-end test suites and work with hardware-in-the-loop setups.
• Contribute to platforms and tooling used daily by engineers in a Linux environment.
