Job summary

ABB’s office in Forus, Sandnes, Norway, is seeking a skilled professional to lead cyber security, OT networks, and automation projects for process industries. You design, implement, document, test traditional and virtual control systems, and integrate secure large-scale networks on-site and remotely.

The role requires hands-on OT/IT security experience, a degree in networking or cyber security, and strong English communication; Norwegian is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in networking, cyber security, automation, or similar.
• Hands-on design, configuration, testing and installation in OT networks, IT, or cyber security in industrial environments.
• Experience with IEC 62443 standard implementation.
• Ability to lead small technical teams and drive project delivery.
• Understanding of project economics and planning.
• Committed to quality and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian is an advantage).

• Support project planning, execution, and commissioning—both on-site and remotely.
