Banco Santander SA in Norway is seeking a Product Manager for Consumer Loans to own the strategy, roadmap and P&L across the full customer lifecycle. You will collaborate with Nordic teams to identify market opportunities, optimize value propositions, and ensure competitive, compliant, customer-focused products.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, data-driven decision making, and a background in consumer lending. A Master’s degree and fluency in Norwegian and English are required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years in a senior commercial role (product management, strategy or business development).
• Experience in consumer lending, banking or financial services.

Responsabilidades

• Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Consumer Loans in Norway.
• Own the Consumer Loans product P&L including revenue, margins and profitability.
• Monitor market, regulatory and competitive developments and translate insights into product improvements.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to optimize product performance.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog and drive development and simplification initiatives.
• Support pricing, distribution and customer acquisition strategies to strengthen Santander's market position in Norway.
