Job summary

Trading212 is seeking a design-focused professional to define and iterate product experiences for millions of users. You will brainstorm with stakeholders, prototype high-fidelity designs, and present decisions in design reviews.

You will collaborate with engineers, rely on data and usability testing, evolve the design library, and drive innovation with new tools and workflows, maintaining ownership of your work.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of user-centric design principles and methodologies.
• Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, and colour theory.
• Strong diagramming skills - you can reduce complex user flows into clean and easy-to-understand flowcharts.
• Proven proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or other design tools.
• Excellent collaborative skills - you can express your ideas verbally and in writing.
• An extensive portfolio that you can share with us.

Responsibilities
