Job summary

South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Peer Support Co-ordinator to lead a small team and ensure timely referrals, safeguarding, and data accuracy. You will chair twice-monthly allocation meetings, supervise two Peer Support Workers, and support service users with goal-oriented 1-2-1 sessions in a busy centre.

• Experience coordinating peer-support services and teams.

• Ensure referrals are responded to timely and wait lists are accurate.
