Job summary

Zeabuz is a Norwegian maritime technology company delivering intelligent navigation, automation and autonomy solutions for commercial and defence operators. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead technical delivery projects in maritime autonomy, guiding planning, execution and deployment with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Higher education in engineering, technology, project management, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex technical projects.
• Experience from maritime, autonomy, robotics, or industrial technology.
• Experience with PRINCE2, PMI, or Agile frameworks.
• Must be a Norwegian citizen and eligible for security clearance.
• Opportunity to work with advanced simulators and autonomous vessels.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer delivery projects from planning through execution and final delivery.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure high quality and safe execution of project activities.
• Drive development and continuous improvement of project methodologies and processes.
• Support quality assurance frameworks and governance across the organisation.
• Collaborate with engineering, product teams and leadership to align priorities.
• Support business development activities and representation in industry events.
