We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Level Developer to join our team in Bergen. As a Senior Level Developer you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex software applications for our clients. This is a contract job with a salary of $1,700.

We prefer candidates with experience in developing biometric passport systems but this is not a strict requirement.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain software applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and create solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews.
• Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Software Developer or similar role.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++ or Python.
• Experience with biometric passport systems is preferred but not required.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
