Job summary

BrightMark GmbH in Oslo is seeking a Senior JAVA Developer to design, develop, and implement complex Java-based software solutions. You will work independently and with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable code while staying current with Java technologies.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Java experience, strong OOP knowledge, and hands-on experience with Spring/Hibernate, SQL, and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Java development
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
• Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, etc.
• Proficiency in database design and SQL
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Strong communication skills
