Eva Pharma is seeking an HSE professional to strengthen health, safety, and environment operations across manufacturing activities. You will develop procedures, conduct risk assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance at our site.

The role includes leading inspections, managing contractor safety, and driving incident investigations, training, and continuous improvement initiatives to uphold a safe working environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Pharmacy.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in HSE, industrial, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical operations.
• Experience in inspections, incident follow-up, contractor safety, and HSE documentation is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain HSE procedures, standards, documentation, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, implement safe systems of work, PTW, and critical-risk controls across site, projects, contractors, and emergency activities.
• Conduct HSE inspections, manage findings and corrective actions, and ensure contractor compliance with site HSE requirements.
• Ensure readiness of fire protection, emergency systems, critical safety equipment, chemical safety, and environmental controls.
• Support incident investigations, deliver HSE training and awareness, participate in audits, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
