Senior Executive, Clinical Operations & Project Coordination (Novena)

Duration: 6 months, subjected to extension (Starting 28 Dec 2025)

Working Location: Novena (Walking distance from MRT)

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will manage secretariat work for the Physical Health and Rehabilitation Steering Committee, including meeting coordination, documentation, stakeholder communication, and administrative support for committee initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree, preferably related to Healthcare or Science
  • Knowledge of healthcare (preferred)
  • Willing to work extra mile, initiative and proactive attitude
  • Proven experience in senior administrative or project coordination roles
  • Strong organisational and secretariat management skills
  • Experience working with steering committees or governance bodies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in meeting management and minute-taking
