Job summary

Xeneta is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to redesign the data stack and own end-to-end data architecture. You will build scalable pipelines, model data in Snowflake/dbt, and ensure data is discoverable and trusted for AI agents.

You will work with analytics, data science, and engineering to automate provisioning, set governance, and improve data quality while enabling AI-driven decision making across the org.

Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable data architectures.
• Strong user- and developer-experience mindset.
• Experience with AI tooling like Claude Code.

Responsibilities

• Own data pipelines feeding the Xeneta platform.
• Redesign data models in Snowflake/dbt for rapid deployment.
• Make data usable by AI agents with clean semantics and lineage.
• Educate teams on using data with AI tools.
• Set governance rules and automate provisioning and data quality checks.
