Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Data Analysis in Alabang to apply analytics and technical skills to design, build, and maintain data solutions and dynamic reporting for risk management and business insights.

You will partner with the business to translate needs into dashboards and tools, ensure data quality and governance, and enable self-service analytics while collaborating with Technology in a hybrid, mostly work-from-home setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, OR/Analytics, Mathematics, CS or related).
• At least 2 years of data analytics experience.
• At least 1 year scripting experience.
• At least 1 year experience with a BI visualization tool.
• At least 1 year experience querying and analyzing data languages/platforms.

Responsibilities

• Innovation: mine data from diverse sources and build self-service data tools.
• Business Intelligence: design dashboards and metrics to deliver insights and support strategy.
• Data Management: ensure data quality with governance, metadata, and lineage; collaborate with Tech on security and access.
