Dintero is a Norwegian fintech company building and operating modern payment infrastructure. This role focuses on end-to-end ownership of critical backend systems, designing services, APIs, and scalable architectures for a high-volume payment platform. We value production ownership, reliability, and fast iteration.

AWS experience is a plus, and Scandinavian language is helpful but not required. Stockholm is not relevant here; this position is based in Oslo with competitive Tekna-aligned

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Experience with distributed systems and architectural trade-offs.
• Experience owning complex production systems.
• Cloud experience; AWS is a plus.
• Scandinavian language is a plus, but not required.

Senior Backend Engineer – payment infrastructure at scale

Dintero develops and operates payment infrastructure handling more than 150 million API calls every month. We are looking for a senior backend engineer who wants end-to-end ownership of critical systems where reliability and correctness matter.
