Job summary

CoreHaul Logistics seeks a Senior Architect - Design and Planning Specialist to lead the design and planning phases of architectural projects for the US market. You will conceptualize, analyze sites, program, and drive schematic design while coordinating with teams and clients to ensure goals are met.

The role requires 5+ years of experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, alongside strong communication and leadership skills. Some domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on commercial or residential projects in the US market.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software programs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas to clients and collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven track record of leading projects from conception to completion within budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and planning phases of architectural projects, including conceptualization, site analysis, programming, and schematic design.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and align with project goals.
