Security Technical Program Manager (TPM) 💚

We are now looking for a highly motivated Security Technical Program Manager to join our growing team in Oslo as we expand into newly acquired business adjacencies 🚀

This individual will be responsible for driving security programs and projects across the acquired company’s applications, infrastructure, and vendor ecosystem, ensuring alignment with our corporate information security standards, and policies.

The Security TPM will act as the primary liaison between the security organization and the acquired company’s engineering, IT, compliance, and business teams. They will oversee key initiatives such as vendor security reviews, IAM/SSO onboarding, infrastructure hardening, PCI compliance, vulnerability management, and security design reviews for critical applications and product launches.

🌱 Responsibilities
  • Security Program Management
    • Lead and coordinate security initiatives across applications, infrastructure, and vendors in the acquired company.
    • Ensure security programs align with corporate information security policies and industry standards.
    • Track, report, and communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to executive leaders.
  • Security Projects & Integrations
    • Drive vendor security reviews and risk assessments.
    • Oversee SSO/IAM onboarding and identity lifecycle integrations.
    • Manage infrastructure hardening projects across cloud and on-prem environments.
    • Coordinate security design reviews for major applications, new features, and upcoming releases.
    • Support integration into existing bug bounty and vulnerability management programs.
    • Assist with PCI audits and ensure evidence collection and remediation tracking.
    • Lead integration with CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management) systems for continuous monitoring.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with engineering, IT, compliance, and legal teams to embed security into the product and infrastructure lifecycle.
    • Communicate security requirements, program timelines, and deliverables to both technical and non-technical partners.
    • Act as a trusted advisor on security risk and compliance posture for the acquired company.
🏓 Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management with a focus on information security or infrastructure security.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2).
  • Hands‑on experience driving projects in areas such as IAM/SSO, cloud security, vendor risk management, vulnerability management, or infrastructure hardening.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑functional teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver projects on time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical security concepts for business partners.
💫 Preferred
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CSPM tools.
  • Familiarity with bug bounty platforms (e.g., HackerOne, Bugcrowd) and vulnerability management systems.
  • Prior experience with M&A integration and onboarding of acquired companies.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, PMP, or cloud security certifications like CCSK, CCSP).
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess security risks and recommend pragmatic solutions.
