Job summary

TOMRA Group is seeking a Security Lead for RVM Software in Asker, Norway. You will advance and embed security practices across multiple teams, translating security requirements into practical solutions for robust products.

Work closely with developers, architects, and DevOps, driving vulnerability management, incident response, and security testing while coordinating with key stakeholders to strengthen our cyber resilience and secure software lifecycle.

Qualifications

Cybersecurity for software products, AI as an enabler for analysis, automation, and secure development.
Security testing and encryption, authentication, and secure communications.

Responsibilities

Drive operational security activities within RVM Software, including vulnerability management and incident response.
Contribute to compliance with the Cyber Resilience Act and other relevant security standards.
Establish, maintain, and improve security-related processes.
Coordinate security activities across development teams and stakeholders.
Contribute to security requirements, architecture reviews, and technical decisions.
Plan and follow up on security testing and verification activities.
Own security documentation and support customer dialogues related to security.
Build security competence through coaching, training and awareness initiatives.
