Overview

We’re looking for enthusiastic associates to join our team. We are an energized team that likes to have fun and we get the opportunity to meet new people from around the world every day.

Our Retail Ambassadors greet and assist our guests, stock the sales floor, and transport merchandise. You’ll also be involved in selling Coca-Cola merchandise, so you’ll need to be comfortable handling money and you’ll receive discounts on Coke merchandise. We’re looking for candidates who enjoy working in teams and have a passion for helping people.

Starting at $13.50 – up to $15.90/hr

Shifts

This is a part-time role with shifts varying between 8:30 am and midnight. Candidates must be flexible to work any shift between 8:30 am and midnight on holidays, Saturdays, Sundays, and three weekdays.

What You’ll Do for Us

• Function as a knowledge source about retail merchandise, products, and history; monitor stock and inventory levels.
• Demonstrate features and benefits of merchandise to educate customers and promote sales; handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Demonstrate selling skills, including approaching, identifying needs, suggesting solutions, and closing to promote sales and a positive customer experience.
• Participate in organizing and executing bi-annual inventory and perform scheduled inventory updates/cycle counts.
• Assist with price changes and ticketing merchandise prior to staging on the sales floor.
• Maintain the sales floor and cash wrap for maximum efficiency.
• Maintain visual standards and follow plan-o-grams set by planners and the merchandise manager.
• Assist with Sales and Vending Retail.
• Support marketing/event teams with after-hours events.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Physical Demands: Frequently required to stoop, stand, walk, climb, lift, and use repetitive motions; ability for moderate lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to organize, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle cash and provide change without error.
• Excellent communication with guests, management, and ambassadors; professional and helpful manner; ability to build credibility and rapport.
• Ability to represent the Company effectively in public forums and deliver guest service that enhances the company’s reputation and image.
• Knowledge of and ability to proactively recognize and report safety issues; maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Knowledge of and ability to apply retail selling skills.
