A leading safety solutions company based in Norway seeks a motivated Sales Executive to drive sales growth in the Eastern and Northern regions. You will build lasting relationships with customers, provide tailored safety solutions, and effectively communicate the value of our products. The ideal candidate has proven sales experience in the personal safety sector, strong communication skills, and is willing to travel up to 80%. This role offers a remote work location.

We are seeking a motivated, results-focused Sales Executive for the Eastern and Northern parts of Norway to join our Personal Safety Division team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored 3M safety solutions. The product groups you will work with are mainly respiratory protection products, welding protection, head, eye, face and fall protection products, as well as hearing protection solutions.
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:

Sales territory: Eastern and Northern part of Norway, ideal candidate location Oslo/Akershus or equivalent.
Work location: Remote
Travel: May include up to 80% travel in territory.
