Job summary

H&M is seeking a Seasonal Sales Advisor for a permanent part-time role (5 hours every other Saturday) at H&M Alti Arendal in Arendal. You will welcome customers, guide them through the store, and help them find products while showcasing our fashion.

You will support opening/closing, keep the floor stocked, and represent the brand positively during all interactions. We value fashion knowledge, collaboration with the team, and a friendly, flexible attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.

This is a permanent part-time position of 5 hours every other Saturday

The position is based at H&M Alti Arendal in Arendal, and you should be available to work during store opening hours. Additional shifts may be offered based on business needs. Language skills in the local language or English are required. We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, flexible, and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.

The communication and interview process will be held in local language, as long as it is convenient for the candidate.

* Store roles assessment:

To manage the high volume of applications for the Sales Advisor role, we use an online assessment method for skills-based recruitment within some of our stores.
