H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor (Christmas Assistant) for Thon Senter Sandvika in Sandvika. This temporary role offers 6 hours per week starting in November, ending 31.12.2026. You will welcome customers, guide them through the store, and assist in creating an inviting shopping environment.

Language skills in the local language or English are required. You will collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding service and represent the brand positively during all customer interactions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Sales Advisor (Christmas Assistant) at H&M, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience. You’ll welcome customers, guide them through your store, and support them in finding what they need while showcasing our products. Acting in line with our values, you’ll contribute to both your own success and the success of the company.

You will:

• Share your fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
• Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service at every step of the customer journey.
• Ensure the sales floor and back of house are well-stocked, organized, and inviting.
• Support with opening and closing of the store.
• Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.
