Job summary

Medtronic Norge AS is seeking a seasoned robotics program specialist to lead the HUGO RAS deployment. The role requires coordinating surgeon training, program reviews, and collaboration with hospital staff and Medtronic engineers to ensure smooth integration of robotic systems.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree (Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or equivalent), a Master’s preferred, and fluent Norwegian and English with the ability to travel nationwide (>75%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or equivalent).
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English.
• Willingness to travel throughout the country (>75%).
• 5+ years of experience with operating rooms and surgery procedures.

Responsibilities

• Meet with robotic program stakeholders to set goals and metrics for HUGO RAS.
• Conduct regular program reviews to stay on track.
• Develop surgeon training plans and coordinate off-site training.
• Support staff training through learning curves.
• Collaborate with field service engineers to prepare the operating room.
