You will develop predictive models, work with Python, SQL, and visualization tools, and collaborate across functions to improve inventory, planning, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics or data analysis.
• Strong capabilities in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience or familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch).
• Cloud platform knowledge: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Solid understanding of supply chain fundamentals: procurement, logistics, inventory, demand planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with large datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative across functions; able to work independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex supply chain datasets to identify trends, operational risks, cost-saving opportunities, and performance improvement areas.
• Develop predictive models and optimization algorithms using AI and machine learning techniques to support supply chain decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate analytics, models, and data-driven capabilities into supply chain platforms.
• Monitor key performance indicators and build dashboards using data visualization tools to provide clear, real-time visibility into operational performance.
• Support strategic initiatives involving inventory optimization, demand planning, logistics efficiency, procurement, supplier performance, and waste reduction.
• Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, R&D, engineering, and other stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.
• Present analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership and business stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
• Contribute to broader transformation and cost-improvement initiatives by applying data, automation, and analytical techniques to supply chain processes.
