Codurance is seeking a Principal Software Engineer (Principal Software Craftspeople) to guide delivery for client projects and mentor colleagues. You will shape engineering decisions, promote craftsmanship, and help uplift teams across the company.

You’ll work mainly remotely in a hybrid setup with occasional travel to client sites, collaborating with senior stakeholders and driving modernisation initiatives while maintaining pragmatism and transparency.
