Outlier enables the world’s leading teams to improve AI agents by providing human feedback and orchestration. The OpenClaw Agent Builder role is remote, freelance, and pays up to $50 per hour with weekly payments. You’ll contribute to multi-step agent coordination and real-world workflows.

You will work on live environments, design evaluation rubrics, and help train cutting-edge systems with high attention to detail and robust feedback. This is a flexible, 1099‑style engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend eng, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation.
• Experience building for live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback.

Responsibilities
