Outlier is seeking contributors to shape the future of autonomous AI agents. This is a freelance, remote role with pay up to $50 USD/hr and weekly payments.

You’ll join a team that trains LLMs and designs multi‑step orchestration for real‑world workflows, collaborating with top AI organizations. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of backend/AI experience, a track record of building production software, and a knack for debugging and optimizing agent interactions in live environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production‑grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live, non‑mocked environments and handling multi‑turn system interactions.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide clear, high‑density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
