RWS TrainAI is seeking a meticulous Search Engine Evaluator for Norway-based remote work to help improve AI search results. You will evaluate queries in English and Norwegian, flag quality issues, and provide precise feedback on relevance and accuracy.

Ideal candidates are curious, strong in online research, able to work independently, and capable of meeting SLAs in a fast-paced home-office setup. Part-time hours (~8–20 per week, avg 15) with pay up to 23 USD/hour.
