You will join a team improving AI agents, collaborating with leading AI organizations to train LLMs for multi-step coordination. Ideal candidates have at least 2+ years in backend/AI automation and a knack for robust, production-grade software.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have experience building multi-stage coordination tasks.
