As an OpenClaw Agent Builder, you will write eval rubrics, debug traces, and stress test agents while collaborating with AI teams to design multi-step workflows. Prior backend engineering and live-environment experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular services.
• Hands-on work with live environments and multi-turn interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback.
