You’ll contribute to shaping autonomous agents and their coordination workflows in real-world scenarios. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of backend engineering or AI automation experience, can build production-grade systems with modular services, and can work in live environments with multi-turn interactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic, reporting).
• Experience building for live environments with multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail with clear, high-density technical feedback.
• Nice to have: multi-stage coordination tasks and live tool integration.
