• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building for live environments with multi-turn interactions.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviours.
• Nice to have experience integrating agents with live tools and persistent state management.
