Job summary

Head Energy is seeking a Quality & Risk professional in Stavanger to provide quality and risk management support to project teams. The role involves coordinating planning and execution of quality activities and performing internal audits and self-assessments.

The candidate should have university-level quality or risk management qualifications, 5+ years in similar roles, and ideally oil & gas project experience within operator organisations. English and Norwegian are required for this position.

Qualifications

• University-level quality or risk management qualification is required.
• Oil and gas project experience is preferred, Ideally within operator project organisations.
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Providing quality and risk management expertise and support to our project teams.
• Proactively coordinating and driving the planning and execution of quality and risk management activities in the project.
• Performing quality activities such as internal audits and self-assessments.
• Supporting criticality assessments of project deliverables.
• Facilitating lessons learned and continual improvement activities.
• Leading or supporting deviation and non-conformities processes and Management of Change activities.
• Following-up of audit findings related to projects.
• Fostering a one team approach with Alliance partners and Contractors to deliver to the required quality standards.
