Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Project Management Coordinator/Project Administration role.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and invoicing workflows.
  • Project Management certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken Norwegian; English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel skills preferred.

TSC Subsea is a global specialist in developing advanced remotely deployed subsea NDT inspection solutions to assess the structural integrity of offshore assets. We use driverless underwater scanners and crawlers to deploy the latest high resolution inspection technologies ART, ACFM, PA and PEC to the work face. The robust design of our tooling enables our clients to cost-effectively monitor assets and infrastructure while reducing risk to the environment and personnel. We operate globally in key subsea markets with facilities in the UK, Norway, United States, Brazil and Australia.

Purpose

The goal of the Project Management Coordinator is to organize, administer and control project activities under the direction and supervision of the Manager Project Management. The PMC will support and collaborate with the PM's in overseeing and managing their assigned projects. The PMC acts as a key liaison between PMs, Finance, and other stakeholders to maintain project integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain projects and project folders within ERP systems and designated structures
  • Creates and updates Sales Orders in ERP system including Billing Plans and Billing Milestones
  • Inputs and updates the plan/target figures in ERP system
  • Support PMs with project creation, customer invoicing, and intercompany (IC) invoicing.
  • Monitor and report Accounts Receivable (AR) status to PMs and expedite overdue items.
  • Assist PMs with day-to-day administrative and operational support
  • Coordinates actions as designated Project Managers and/or Finance team
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and filing for the department.
  • Provide general administrative support and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications And Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Project Management Coordinator/Project Administration role or similar
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or similar) and experience with project creation and invoicing workflows.
  • Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with customer invoicing, IC invoicing, and AR tracking processes.
  • Project Management certification (such as PRINCE2, IPMA Level D, or CAPM) is an advantage
  • Ability to produce accurate reports and maintain documentation.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and financial processes.
  • Excellent written and spoken Norwegian; English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Power BI or JIRA is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
