The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Project Lead Engineer. You will play an important role and lead the technical work towards several of our customers in Norway.

How You'll Make An Impact
  • You will lead technical work to ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and financial targets per contract specifications and safety requirements.
  • You will focus on power and control system deliveries to customers in Norway, including grid companies, industries, and the transport sector.
  • Lead and coordinate a diverse team spanning various engineering disciplines internally and externally.
  • Operate at the intersection of sales and project execution, maintaining extensive customer contact in both areas.
  • You will collaborate closely with the project manager to align on objectives and deliverables.
  • Engage with high‑voltage installations (>36kV), transformers, protection & control systems, auxiliary power supplies.
  • Develop ideas and work continuously with improvements to our technical solutions.
Your background
  • Relevant experience within electrical field, or experience with power distribution.
  • Experience in leading technical team is desirable.
  • Good understanding of interfaces between different HV devices, protection and control systems, as well as different professional disciplines (as electromechanical engineers, electrical engineers, system engineers and commissioning).
  • Understand how to achieve success aligned with the company’s values, quality focus, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) initiatives, and financial goals.
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration skills with colleagues, customers, and partners.
  • Show initiative and maintain a high degree of independence in your work.
  • Fluent communication skills, both oral and written, in at least one of the Scandinavian languages in addition to English is desirable.
