Job summary

Cognite seeks a Co-Innovation Program Manager to translate customer insights into production-ready AI capabilities. You will drive end-to-end programs, partner with engineering and product teams, and ensure delivery milestones align with strategic objectives across industries.

You will orchestrate workshops and discussions with customer teams, surfacing core problems and validating solutions in real environments. A strong systems thinker with proven TPM skills thrives here.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in tech consulting, TPM, or delivery.
• Ability to connect software architecture, user feedback, and business objectives.
• Curiosity about AI & industrial tech and how time-series data and LLMs fit enterprise platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain complex topics clearly.

How you’ll demonstrate Ownership

Ready to translate your consulting or delivery expertise into lasting product impact? As a Co-Innovation Program Manager at Cognite, you'll work right at the seam between emerging AI product development and real-world customer operations.

Instead of just managing timelines, you will lead customer-partnered programs that put our latest capabilities into production. You'll listen to how systems perform in the field, synthesize user insights, and partner directly with engineering and product leads to refine our platform.

The Impact you bring to Cognite

• Drive Co-Innovation: Own end-to-end delivery of customer-partnered programs that deploy emerging AI. Manage scope, timelines, resources, and risk to ensure successful outcomes.
• Harden the Product: Use customer deployments as a forcing function to pressure-test new capabilities. Surface edge cases, integration challenges, and gaps that only emerge in production environments.
• Feed Field Insights to Product: Systematically capture insights from the field and translate them into actionable product requirements. Partner with product managers and engineering leads to prioritize and sequence improvements.
• Orchestrate Delivery: Coordinate across Cognite engineers, data scientists, designers, and product teams. Remove roadblocks, manage dependencies, and keep workstreams aligned toward shared objectives.
• Ensure Production Readiness: Work with product teams and internal functions to define what "ready" means- ensuring new capabilities meet the bar for scalable sales and delivery before broader release.
• Facilitate Customer Collaboration: Lead workshops, working sessions, and technical discussions with customer teams. Extract signal from noise to identify the highest-leverage problems and validate solutions in real environments.

Required Qualifications

• You have 3+ years in tech consulting, TPM, or delivery: You know how to untangle complex client problems, build alignment, and keep high-stakes technical projects moving smoothly
• You love systems thinking: You easily connect the dots between raw software architecture, user feedback, and overarching business objectives.
• You're curious about AI & Industrial Tech: You don't need to be a deep data scientist on day one, but you are eager to learn how time-series data, LLMs, and enterprise platform architectures come together
• You communicate with clarity: You effortlessly translate dense technical challenges into clear, actionable paths forward for both clients and internal engineering teams.

Bonus points (nice to have, not required!)

• Exposure to AI/ML systems, LLM applications, or agentic workflows.
• Experience with industrial data (time series, sensor data, knowledge graphs) or platforms like Cognite Data Fusion (CDF).
• Background in fast-paced product environments with rapid iteration cycles.
