Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT.
• Experience as Product Owner (PO) or similar role.
• At least three years of relevant work experience.
• Experience from organisations that develop software.
• Excellent Norwegian and English written and spoken skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the product backlog and prioritise development work based on value for customers and users.
• Act as the link between customers, developers and stakeholders and align with the Product Manager on strategy and goals.
• Ensure backlog clarity and readiness for sprint planning and reviews.
