We are seeking a visionary and experienced Product Manager to lead our international payments portfolio. This is a strategic role focused on the cross-border payment value chain, with a holistic view across platforms, partners, and regulatory landscapes.

Your Mission

You will drive the transformation and modernization of our international payment systems, ensuring alignment with global standards (e.g., SWIFT, ISO 20022) and customer expectations. You’ll work across a cross-functional team to orchestrate product development, compliance, and delivery—bridging business needs with technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the international payments product portfolio, and related modules.
• Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution in collaboration with architecture, development, and business teams.
• Ensure seamless integration across domestic and international payment rails.
• Represent the product domain in customer engagements, regulatory discussions, and strategic planning.
• Drive innovation and scalability in line with organizational ambitions.
• Create and maintain product documentation.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in banking, payments, or fintech, with deep knowledge of payment flows.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, compliance, and operational models.
• Demonstrated success in product portfolio management and transformation initiatives.
• Ability to lead with clarity in complex environments and influence across teams.
• Experience working with or within banks is highly valued.
• Good communicator
• Fluent in Norwegian (or another Nordic language) and English
