Job description

As a Product Advisor in Visma Group’s Product Discovery team, you will play a key role in upskilling our product talent to become proficient creators of AI-powered solutions.

We are looking for someone to bridge the gap between traditional product management and the age of AI. Your mission is to help people in product roles evolve into AI-savvy practitioners who can confidently build and operate agentic products. You'll be equipping product managers and owners with the concrete skills they need to discover, evaluate, and deliver the next generation of intelligent software, and to leverage AI for more effective product development.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work with upskilling product people at scale, helping them navigate the shift from traditional software to AI-native and agentic solutions. Our teams lead the charge in product excellence, and you have a key role in upskilling people in product roles in this transformation.

Your work will focus mostly on enablement, coaching, and facilitation, while also exploring new frameworks to help product managers and their teams create and operate agentic products effectively, and how to sharpen their product craft with AI.

Day‑to‑day, this might include:
  • Upskilling at scale: Designing and delivering training and coaching to help product managers understand agentic AI, from discovery to evals and beyond.
  • Guiding discovery & shaping: Coaching teams through the discovery tracks and innovation cycles — from identifying high-value agentic use cases to shaping them into viable, well‑scoped solutions with clear success metrics.
  • Leveraging AI in product work: Guiding product teams on how to use AI agents within their own workflows — using AI to accelerate and streamline the discovery and delivery processes.
  • Scaling best practices: Curating and distributing lessons learned from across Visma, ensuring that every company benefits from our collective insights in building AI products.
Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for true, dedicated product people — those who get their kicks out of solving hard problems with software, know what the last mile takes to ship valuable products, and want to teach others the product craft in the AI era.

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Have product mastery: Strong experience in product management with a proven track record of shaping and delivering successful products
  • Possess AI proficiency: You’re not necessarily an ML engineer, but you have deep “AI curiosity” and practical experience with GenAI concepts. You understand the difference between a chatbot and an agent, and you know what it takes to build one.
  • Think “agentic”: You are familiar with the unique challenges of agentic products (evals, non‑determinism, loops) and have practical experience with relevant tools in this space (for example Langchain, n8n).
  • Are a strong communicator: You can explain complex AI product tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Thrive on collaboration: You enjoy working in cross‑functional settings and bring a supportive, inclusive mindset to helping others succeed.
Why join our team?
  • Make a difference – Your work will help shape how product teams across 190+ Visma companies do product discovery and AI development, ultimately shaping products used by millions of people.
  • Grow with purpose – We support continuous learning and exploration, especially in emerging areas like AI.
  • Work with great people – We’re a skilled, passionate, and fun team of Product Advisors, Product Designers, Data Scientists and Tech Leads who care about each other and what we do.
  • Enjoy flexibility, trust, and competitive benefits – We support remote work and prioritize autonomy, and provide competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Be part of a community – You’ll be plugged into our vast network of product professionals across Visma, sharing ideas, learning together, and supporting each other along the way.
